Confirmation of Booking Fee Payment
By remitting a booking fee to Refined Aesthetics, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.
Patient Eligibility
– All patients must attain the age of 18 years at the time of treatment.
– Valid Identification: You will be required to present a valid form of identification on the day of your appointment. Failure to provide valid ID will result in the inability to proceed with the treatment, and your booking fee will be forfeited.
Medical Fitness
– Medical Unfitness: We are unable to treat individuals who are medically unfit for the procedure, including those with severe allergies.
– No Booking Fee Refund: If you book an appointment and are deemed medically unfit on the day, we are unable to refund your booking fee. If you have doubts about your medical eligibility, please contact us before making a booking.
Medical History Form
– All patients must complete a medical history form during their initial appointment.
Booking Fee
– Non-Refundable: The booking fee is non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances.
– Deduction from Treatment Cost: The booking fee will be subtracted from the final cost of your treatment.
Rescheduling
– Minimum Notice for Rescheduling: To reschedule your booking, you must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
– Lack of 48-Hour Notice: Failure to inform us with at least 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee. If you wish to make another booking, you will need to pay the booking fee once more.
Refunds
– Non-Refundable Treatments: All treatments are non-refundable.
– Results Disclaimer: While we strive to offer factual, honest, and ethical advice, as well as safe treatments, we cannot guarantee specific results. Refunds will not be provided if the results do not meet your expectations.
Payment
– Payment Options: The remaining treatment balance, if not paid in advance, can be settled on the day of your appointment through either cash, bank transfer or our payment link.
Lateness
– Appointment Punctuality: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will be unable to provide treatment, and your booking fee will be forfeited. To reschedule, the booking fee will need to be paid again.
